Prices Seem to be going up

Recession seems to be everywhere apart from property prices. Our properties are being bid UP by the purchasers. We have been developing affordable properties for 8 years now and this is the first time our projects are selling for more than the asking price.

The last few properties in our Langwarrin development have been achieving prices higher then when the development started.

Looks like there is a real demand out there for inexpensive properties that produce stable and high returns for the investor. The last 2 projects we put out to the market sold out completely within weeks. Purchasers loved the idea that the Government is going to be their tenant and pay them rent for 5 years.
